运用样条小波最小二乘法(SWIS)处理峰形尖锐的毛细管电泳信号,获得满意结果。经过两次处理后,与样条小波变换处理结果相比,不仅噪声被滤除,峰形不变,峰高不受影响;数据点无须为2n(n∈z)。
The peak shape sharp capillary electrophoresis signal was processed by spline wavelet least square method (SWIS), and satisfactory results were obtained. After twice processing, compared with the result of spline wavelet transform, not only the noise is filtered out but the shape of the peak is not changed and the height of the peak is not affected; the data points do not need to be 2n (n∈z).
