本文从沿海盐渍土性状及其变化的影响因子，探讨林果的立地条件问题。土壤盐分和潜水埋深为林果生长的限制因子。为此，造林绿化和建果园中应采用区域和田间工程排水措施；选择耐盐性和耐湿性强的树种；造林技术上要符合沿海地区盐渍和潜水埋深变化的特点，以使造林绿化和果园建设成功。
