一、资格考试的组织领导财政部、人事部联合成立全国会计专业技术资格考试领导小组(以下简称资格考试领导小组),决定考试的有关政策、计划等重大原则问题。领导小组组长由财政部一位副部长担任。资格考试领导小组下设考试办公室,考试办公室设在财政部会计事务管理司,具体负责会计专业技术资格考试计划的安排,组织大纲编写和命题,制发考试组织、实施工作中有关办法和规则,规范、指导、协调各地考务工作,处理有关资格考试的日常工作。
