蜀冈——瘦西湖风景名胜区是国家AAAA级风景名胜区之一。它历史悠久,早在南北朝时在古城扬州北隅就有目前风景区的雏形。《宋书》记载“广陵城外有陂泽,水物丰盛,徐湛之更起风亭、月观、琴室、吹台、果竹繁茂、花药成行、招集文士,尽游玩适之,一时之盛也”。康乾盛世已形成“两堤花柳全依水,一路楼台直到山”的壮观。景区内古建筑沿湖不断,名园相依,对这些古建筑的维修和养护是我们目前的工作重点。
