Five kinds of carbamate pesticides aldicarb (ALD), carnitine (BAY), carbofuran (CAR), methomyl (MET) and pirimicarb (PIR) were selected as the research objects. (U1, U2, ..., U6) of the five-component mixture system, the toxicity of five kinds of pesticides and their mixtures was systematically investigated using the microplate toxicity assay (MTA) based on the light-emitting strain Qinghai Vibrio Q67, Mixture (CA) was used as a reference model to analyze mixtures for toxic interactions (synergistic or antagonistic). The results showed that Logit and Weibull function could well fit concentration-effect data of five carbamate pesticides and their mixtures to Q67 of luminescent bacteria (R> 0.99, RMSE <0.032) The pEC50 is a toxicological indicator and the toxicity order of the five pesticides is BAY (pEC50 = 2.87) & gt; CAR (pEC50 = 2.67) & gt; ALD (pEC50 = 2.00) & gt; MET ; According to CA, two of five mixtures of five carbamate pesticides were additive and four were antagonistic, of which U2 and U4 showed obvious antagonism on the whole concentration-response curve , While the weak antagonism of U3 and U6 occurred in the middle and high concentrations of the mixture and in the middle and low concentrations of the mixture, respectively. The toxicity of the five-component carbamate pesticide mixture was negatively correlated with the concentration of the component methomyl (MET) (R = -0.9238), and the linear model has good predictive ability on the toxicity of the mixture.
