本试验旨在研究角质和粉质小麦杜泊羊的瘤胃降解特性。选用4头体重相近(55.10±1.24 kg)、安装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的健康杜泊公羊为试验动物,采用尼龙袋法对角质小麦(潍麦8号、BD100、济麦22、山农5849、山农22、紫麦1号)和粉质小麦(山农8355、D800、6405)的干物质(DM)、有机物质(OM)、粗蛋白(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的瘤胃降解率进行测定。结果表明:角质小麦0?24 h的DM和OM降解率显著高于粉质小麦(P<0.05);角质小麦12?24 h的CP降解率显著高于粉质小麦(P<0.05);粉质小麦24 h后的NDF和ADF降解率显著高于角质小麦(P<0.05)。角质小麦的DM和OM的有效降解率显著高于粉质小麦(P<0.05),而粉质小麦NDF和ADF的有效降解率显著高于角质小麦(P<0.05)。由此可见,角质小麦和粉质小麦的降解特性不同,角质小麦DM、OM和CP的降解率均高于粉质小麦,而粉质小麦NDF和ADF的降解率高于角质小麦。
The aim of this study was to investigate the rumen degradability of both the keratin and silt whey sheep. Four healthy Dorper ram with permanent rumen fistula (55.10 ± 1.24 kg) were used as test animals and nylon bags were used to test the effects of keratin (Wei Mai No. 8, BD100, Jimai 22, Shannong 5849 , Shanyong 22 and Zimei 1, and dry matter (DM), organic matter (OM), crude protein (CP) and neutral detergent fiber (NDF) of silty wheat (Shannon 8355, D800 and 6405) The rumen degradation rate of acidic detergent fiber (ADF) was determined. The results showed that the DM and OM degradabilities of keratin from 0 to 24 h were significantly higher than those from wheat (P <0.05). The degradation rates of keratin (CP) from 12 h to 24 h were significantly higher than those of wheat (P <0.05) The degradation rates of NDF and ADF of wheat after 24 h were significantly higher than those of keratin (P <0.05). The effective degradation rate of DM and OM in horny wheat was significantly higher than that of silique wheat (P <0.05), while the effective degradation rate of NDF and ADF in silty wheat was significantly higher than that of horny wheat (P <0.05). Therefore, the degradation characteristics of keratin and silt wheat were different. The degradation rates of keratin DM, OM and CP were higher than those of wheat. However, the degradation rates of NDF and ADF of wheat were higher than those of keratin.
