本文首先阐述了全面预算管理的基本问题,其次分析了保险企业实施和加强全面预算管理的意义与动因,最后就保险企业应当如何加强全面预算管理,提出几点建议。
This paper firstly elaborates the basic problems of the overall budget management, then analyzes the significance and motivation of the insurance enterprises in implementing and strengthening the overall budget management, and finally puts forward some suggestions on how the insurance enterprises should strengthen the overall budget management.
