河南省汝阳县上店镇副镇长陈金跃,利用业余时间,开三轮,跑出租。此事存当地引起了强烈反响。 群众说:副镇长是个清官 今年39岁的陈金跃,1976年从贫困的农家考入了洛阳市林业学校,1978年毕业后到汝阳县竹园林场工作,第二年荣获河南省“造林突击手”称号。1984年,陈金跃被提拔为主抓农业的柏树乡副乡长,任职6年间各项工作都取得了显著成绩,特别是苹果低产园改造工程,3年时间就使原来不结果的果树结满了累累硕果,使当地不少农民走上了富裕道路。
