目的:探讨临床药师在支气管哮喘合并糖尿病患者药物治疗中的作用。方法:临床药师参与1例合并糖尿病的支气管哮喘急性发作患者的整个治疗过程。分析并干预了药物治疗方案,实施药学监护。结果:药师提供的意见被临床接受,药学服务有利于患者控制病情和减少不良反应的发生。结论:临床药师对于提高患者用药安全性和有效性可以发挥重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in the drug treatment of patients with bronchial asthma and diabetes mellitus. Methods: Clinical pharmacists participated in the whole course of treatment for one patient with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma. Analysis and intervention of drug treatment programs, the implementation of pharmaceutical care. Results: The opinions provided by the pharmacists were accepted clinically. The pharmacy services were beneficial to the patients to control the disease and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists can play an important role in improving the safety and efficacy of medication in patients.
