一、引言热电厂锅炉用水的质量好坏,不但会直接影响锅炉的使用寿命和安全,而且还会影响到汽轮机的输出功率、水汽系统管道等热力装置寿命和安全。DD-02型盐量计主要用于测定锅炉给水、饱和蒸汽和过热蒸汽的含盐量,同时可测冷凝水的含盐量来判定系统是否有漏,在其它场合下亦可作一般水质测量。此仪器配有除氨的预处理器,故对有铵、联铵系统仍旧可以进行测量。仪器可同时连续自动分析两点不同的水质。 DD-02型盐量计是用溶液电导的原理来确定被测水中含盐量的。
I. INTRODUCTION The quality of boiler water used in thermal power plants not only directly affects the service life and safety of boilers, but also affects the output power of steam turbines and the life and safety of thermal devices such as water vapor system pipes. DD-02-type salt meter is mainly used to determine the boiler feed water, saturated steam and superheated steam salinity, and can measure the salinity of condensate water to determine whether the system leaks, in other cases can also be used for general water quality measurement . This instrument is equipped with a pre-processor in addition to ammonia, so the ammonium, ammonium ammonium system can still be measured. The instrument can continuously and automatically analyze two different water quality continuously at the same time. DD-02-type salt meter is the principle of solution conductivity to determine the salt content of the water under test.
