一、前言玲奋动平衡机是国内自制的产品,它的構造系由一变速传动部分,带动一只需平衡的转子,使这个转子支在两摇擺架上自由转动。如果这个转子存在有不平衡的重径積,则必然产生一离心力,由于这离心力的周期性作用,必使摇擺架产生一水平方向的擺动或振动。这种振动的振幅,一般可由左右摇擺架的支架上的微分表读出。它的角度位置的测出,则是采取高压感应线圈的原理,将这一振动所产生的火花间隙的距离变化,通过一钨金接触点,与一高压线圈相联。转盘的每一角度位置,即由电气线路接连到一个火花表上,由火花表上看出打火花角度位置,即可判断转子左右两平衡面上的不平
