榆蘑在我国东北广泛分布,自然发生在9~11月,当地居民采食其子实体,并用来治疗痢疾和肠胃系统其它疾病,疗效显著,是当地一种极受欢迎的食用菌。由于野生资源的匮乏,该菌身价倍涨,每公斤干品收购价格达150元左右。该菌一直是我国传统出口商品,供不应求。为了满足日益增长的需要,我们进行了榆蘑的驯化,现简报如下:一、形态及生境榆蘑学名为Phelbia sp.(ACCC 5314),属多孔菌目。我国现有的真菌学文献尚未见记载。子实体单生或丛生,扁平,无柄,胶质,柔软,半透明,表面粉红色,有似水泡状物,背
