为揭示难脱水细精煤压滤脱水过程特点,以永城浮选精煤压滤脱水过程压密段的滤饼为研究对象,通过滤饼切片微观结构成像分析及细精煤压滤脱水实验验证,研究了细精煤筒式压滤脱水压密过程,建立了细精煤筒式压滤脱水的压密过程模型,提出了压密过程参数压密比的计算方法.结果表明:压密比理论计算与试验结果基本一致,最大相对误差为16%,最小为1.1%;滤饼压密时间28s附近为实际压密终点控制区;细精煤压滤脱水压密过程由精煤颗粒与滤饼孔隙协同决定.
