一、矛盾的现象 在中国的打印机及耗材市场上有一个奇怪的现象 一方面,机器竞争加剧,产销利润降低,生产商及经销商无不全力促销,想方设法取悦消费者; 另一方面,消费者面临众多的选择,按理说应该可以选购到称心如意、质优价宜的打印机系列产品;可是一旦涉及其耗材的选择,几乎每一个原装品牌的打印机厂商及其经销商均毫不让步地禁止选用原装之外的其他耗材。 对此,笔者结合从一些渠道了解到的这些打印机原装厂商在世界不同国家和地区的不同作法,一方面对这一“国别政策”现象出现的原因及目的提出质疑;另一方面为被无理剥夺正当权益却不知内情的中国消费者颇有些报屈。
