从河北省实际出发 ,通过比较发达国家社会保障制度的各种模式 ,我们提出了河北省社会保障体系建设的总体思路和近期的改革重点 ,并对养老保险制度的完善作了重点探讨。我们认为河北省社会保障体系建设应在坚持已有的社会统筹与个人帐户相结合的基础上调整并完善
Based on the actual situation of Hebei Province and comparing various modes of social security system in developed countries, we put forward the general idea of the construction of social security system in Hebei Province and the focus of reform in the near future. We also give a major discussion on the perfection of pension insurance system. We think that the construction of social security system in Hebei Province should be adjusted and improved on the basis of combining existing social pooling with individual accounts
