目的 探讨施行鼻中隔和鼻息肉筛窦手术的最佳体位。方法 比较89例坐位施术及41例半卧位施术的不良反应发生情况。结果 坐位施术出现晕厥、头位不当、术者操作困难等不良反应的发生率明显高于半卧位施术。结论 半卧施术是鼻中隔和鼻息肉筛窦等鼻部手术的最佳体位。
Objective To investigate the optimal position of nasal septum and nasal polyps for ethmoid sinus surgery. Methods The incidence of adverse reactions in 89 cases of sitting and 41 cases of semi-lying operation were compared. Results sitting position syncope, improper head position, the operation of the surgeon and other adverse reactions was significantly higher than the incidence of semi-recumbent surgery. Conclusion Semi-lying surgery is the best position for nose surgery such as nasal septum and nasal polyps.
