以Li3xLa0 6 7-xTiO3 为母体 ,通过掺杂经高温固相反应制得了一系列新的锂快离子导体材料Li3xLa0 6 7-xFeyTi1 - 2yNbyO3 X -射线衍射分析表明 ,在x =0 10 ,y≤ 0 10的组成范围内能得到钙钛矿型的固溶体 应用交流阻抗技术测试其电导率 ,结果表明 :系统合成物在室温下有较高的体相电导和总电导分别为 10 - 4 S cm和 10 - 5S cm 同时在 2 98K - 5 2 3K具有较低的活化能约为 18kJ·mol- 1
A series of novel Li3xLa0 6 7-x Fey Ti1 2 yNbyO3 X-ray diffraction (XRD) spectra of Li3xLa0 6 7-x Ti0 3 were prepared by doping high-temperature solid state reaction. The results show that the system composition has higher bulk and total conductivities at room temperature of 10 - 4 S cm and 10 - 5S cm at the same time in the 2 98K - 5 2 3K has a lower activation energy of about 18kJ · mol-1
