高中课程改革的目标之一是培养学生的创新精神与民主意识。要实现这一目标，必须构建民主课堂。那么，如何构建民主课堂？开发和利用学生资源是关键。教育的对象是人，要使课堂真正民主，必须以人为主。要充分利用学生经验与兴趣，营造民主氛围；用心倾听学生的不同见解，多方式、多渠道地与学生平等交流；积极鼓励学生对老师或同学的观点大胆质疑。“,”One of the goals of curriculum reform in senior high schools is to cultivate students’ innovative spirit and democratic consciousness. To achieve this goal, we must construct the democratic classroom. So, how to build ademocratic classroom? The article thinks, the development and utilization of resources for students is the key. The object of education is human, to make the classroom truly democratic, must be people oriented. To make full use of their experience and interest,create a democratic atmosphere;listen to the different opinions of students, many more channels and student exchanges on an equal footing;actively encourage students to teachers or classmates viewpoint boldly questioned.
