通过差热分析(DTA)和X射线衍射分析手段.探讨了Mo和Si混合粉末烧结合成MoSi2过程中.烧结温度和时间对相生成的影响,指出了Mo和Si混合粉末烧结合成MoSi2的起始温度和合理工艺.
Differential thermal analysis (DTA) and X-ray diffraction analysis were used. The synthesis of MoSi2 by sintering Mo and Si powders was discussed. Sintering temperature and time on the formation of phase, pointed out that Mo and Si mixed powder sintering synthesis of MoSi2 starting temperature and reasonable process.
