在当今所提倡的素质教育环境下,职业学校除智育之外,还应分外强调非智力因素的培养,如当代社会所要求的创新能力、组织协调能力、人际沟通、高效自律能力等的培养。而优秀学生干部的培养则恰好对应了上述这些方面的要求。本文从优秀学生干部的重要性入手,着重分析了优秀学生干部应具备的能力和素质,进而提出了培养优秀学生干部的方法。
Under the environment of quality education advocated by today, vocational schools should lay special emphasis on the cultivation of non-intelligence factors besides intellectual education, such as the cultivation of innovative ability, organizational coordination ability, interpersonal communication and efficient self-discipline required by the contemporary society . The training of excellent student cadres just corresponds to the above requirements in these areas. This article starts with the importance of excellent student cadres, emphasizes on the ability and quality that excellent student cadres should have, and then puts forward the methods of training outstanding student cadres.
