In the next 3-5 years, this new model of cloud computing will redefine the value orientation of IT, and low-cost cloud services will erode existing and potential outsourcing revenues. Gartner analysts believe that by 2012, the amount of information available to organizations will increase, but this is a challenge for them. Many organizations try to avoid missing key opportunities or using problematic information in decision-making by ensuring the consistency and effectiveness of the data. For the future development trend of IT, Gartner made the following forecast.
