冶金工业部于4月8—15日在石景山钢铁公司召开了配煤技术革命会议。参加会议的有:国家科委、计委、中国科学院、煤炭部、地质部及冶金部各直属焦化企业、大专院校等共二十多个单位。会议期间,冶金部王玉清副部长作了重要指示。会议听取了十四个技术报告,重点总结了包头钢铁公司和石景山钢铁公司配煤技术革命的主要经验。会议认为,包钢、石钢焦化厂高举毛泽东思想红旗,政治挂帅,实现了配煤技术革命,将我国炼焦配煤技术推向一个新的阶段,为赶上并超过世界先进水平树立了新的里程碑。包钢焦化厂敢于打破过去炼焦必须用主焦煤的旧框框,在生产上利用了70％内蒙煤炼焦获得成功,因而改变了包钢焦炭成本高、质量低、化产回收低的落后面貌,奠
The Ministry of Metallurgical Industry held a coal blending technological revolution meeting at Shijingshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. from April 8-15. Attended the meeting are: State Science and Technology Commission, Planning Commission, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Ministry of Coal, Department of Geology and metallurgy directly under the coking enterprises, tertiary institutions, a total of more than 20 units. During the meeting, Vice Minister Wang Yuqing of the Ministry of Metallurgy made an important instruction. The meeting heard fourteen technical reports, focusing on the main experience of Baotou Iron and Steel Company and Shijingshan Iron and Steel Company coal blending technology revolution. The meeting held that Baosteel and Shisco Steel Coking Plant held high the Red Flag of Mao Zedong Thought and put the politics in command to realize the technical revolution of coal blending and push the technology of coking coal blending in our country to a new stage and set up a new phase in order to catch up with and surpass the world’s advanced level milestone.
