自动檢测裝置由气体分析器台和仪表台构成,可記录和处理有关电解槽生产情况的各种指标,并能自动計算輸出参数的瞬时值,从而可分析电解过程的主要指标。文章介紹了自动检测装置应用的各种仪表和阳极气体自动分析、电解質温度测量以及极距远控的基本原理。叙述了电解槽生产能力和电能效率自动計算的理论基础,并介紹了发生阳极效应时,避免仪表損坏的保护措施。
The automatic analyzer consists of a gas analyzer stage and a dashboard that record and process various indicators of cell production and automatically calculate the instantaneous values of the output parameters so that the main indicators of the electrolysis process can be analyzed. This paper introduces the basic principles of automatic instrumentation and automatic gas analyzer, electrolyte temperature measurement and remote distance control. The theoretical basis for the automatic calculation of electrolyzer production capacity and electric energy efficiency is described, and the protection measures to avoid the instrument damage when the anode effect occurs are introduced.
