陕政发[2017]16号各市、县、区人民政府,省人民政府各工作部门、各直属机构:省文物局会同有关市、县、区确定的陕西省文物保护单位42处长城保护名单(新公布40处,扩展项目2处)及保护范围和建设控制地带,已经省政府2017年第4次常务会议审议通过,现予以公布。各有关市、县、区政府要对依法划定的保护范围和建设控制地带作出标志说明,建立记录档案。在保护范围内,任何单位和个人不得违反法律规定进行工程建设。因特殊情况需要在保护范围和建设控制地带内
Shaanxi Zhengzhengfa [2017] No. 16 Local governments at all levels, cities and counties, districts and municipalities, provincial government departments and agencies directly under the central government: Provincial Bureau of Cultural Relics, together with relevant cities, counties and districts, identified 42 cultural relics protection units in Shaanxi Province 40 new announcements and 2 expansion projects), the scope of protection and the construction control zone have been reviewed and approved by the provincial government in the fourth executive meeting in 2017 and are hereby announced. All relevant municipal, county and district governments shall mark the scope of protection and the construction control zone delineated by law and establish a record file. Within the scope of protection, no unit or individual may violate the law to carry out construction projects.
