Objective To analyze the effect of individualized community health education on medication compliance in hypertensive patients. Methods A total of 458 community-based patients with hypertension were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into control group (229 cases) and experimental group (229 cases). Patients in the control group were given routine community management interventions. Patients in the experimental group received individualized community health education Management intervention; statistical analysis of drug compliance and blood pressure control. Results After intervention, the blood pressure in both groups was lower than before intervention. However, the medication compliance and blood pressure level in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion After community health education management for community-based hypertensive patients, it has a significant clinical effect on blood pressure control, which can effectively reduce the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events, and has clinical value.
