环形弹簧是近年来国外新发展的一种弹簧构件,它是根据圆柱形薄壁元件与切有槽口的内外环相互作用而产生弹性变形的原理设计的。其结构简单,主要组成零件是切有槽口的内外环和两个圆柱形薄壁元件(如图)。下面简介环形弹簧的三种型式。A型:外环3被圆柱形薄壁元件2抱住,而内环4又抱住另一个圆柱体薄壁元件1。B型:外环3被切有纵向槽口的板叠形圆柱体薄壁元件2抱住;内环4抱住另一组切有纵向槽口的板叠形圆柱体薄壁元件1。C型:外环3被多层的薄壁元件2抱住;内环4抱住钢带1,后者的两端可以焊牢,也可以保持自由
Ring spring is a newly developed spring member in recent years. It is designed according to the principle of elastic deformation caused by the interaction between cylindrical thin-walled elements and the notched inner and outer rings. The structure is simple, the main component parts are notched inner and outer rings and two cylindrical thin-walled components (Figure). Here are three types of ring springs. Type A: The outer ring 3 is surrounded by a cylindrical thin-walled element 2, which in turn hugs the other cylindrical thin-walled element 1. Type B: The outer ring 3 is clipped by a plate-laminated cylindrical thin-walled element 2 cut with longitudinal notches; the inner ring 4 embraces another set of plate-laminated cylindrical thin-walled elements 1 cut with longitudinal notches. Type C: The outer ring 3 is surrounded by a plurality of thin-walled elements 2; the inner ring 4 embraces the strip 1, the latter can be welded at both ends and can also be left free
