目前,2024和7075铝合金是西方国家飞机上的主要结构材料。因此,飞机上的许多大梁、长桁、立柱类零件都是由这些材料制成的。在我厂国外来料加工中,此类零件占有较大的比重。根据国外材料工艺规范的要求,2024和7075合金型材类零件上的下陷和一些局部弯曲要加热成形。为此,我们分析了国内外资料,研制了一套铝合金加热成形设备。通过工艺试验,在外协生产中采用了加热成形工艺,并将这套设备及加热成形的方法,推广到某机的生产中,取得了一定效果。
Currently, 2024 and 7075 aluminum alloy is the main structural material on the aircraft of Western countries. Therefore, many of the aircraft girders, stringer, column parts are made of these materials. In our factory abroad processing, such parts occupy a larger proportion. According to the requirements of foreign material process specifications, 2024 and 7075 alloy profiles of subsidence and some local bending to heat forming. To this end, we analyzed the information at home and abroad, developed a set of aluminum alloy heating forming equipment. Through the process test, the heat forming process was adopted in the co-production, and this set of equipment and the method of forming by heating were extended to the production of a certain machine and achieved certain results.
