下颌骨骨折的内固定手术,临床上通常使用不锈钢丝结扎固定。在手术中骨钻孔后将钢丝从舌面孔引出至颊面孔时一般较为困难,特别是作交叉结扎尤为突出。因此在手术中需花费较长的时间引导结扎钢丝,延长了手术时间,增加了病人痛苦。能有较好的办法解决这问题呢?我科利用废旧探针,稍作改进制成一种简易骨间固定结扎钢丝引导器,临床使用效果满意。现将制作与使用方法报告如下: (一)材料与制作方法:备废旧口腔探针1根,将C形一头放在酒精灯上退火后拉直,于尖端6mm处
