微博的快速发展,给党群关系带来了巨大影响。微博密切党群关系存在问题:对运用微博做群众工作的重要性认识不足;党员干部运用微博的能力不足;当前运用微博密切党群关系的相关机制不健全。微博密切党群关系解决对策:加强微博人才队伍建设,优化人才培养;善于利用微博,提升党员干部运用微博的素养;健全微博管理法规,为微博密切党群关系提供法律保障。
The rapid development of microblogging has brought tremendous impact on the relations between the party and the masses. There are problems in the close relationship between the microblogging party and the masses: lack of understanding of the importance of using the microblog to do mass work; the lack of capability of party members and cadres in using the microblog; the current related mechanisms of using the microblog to establish a close party-to-party relationship are not perfect. Microblogging to resolve the relationship between the party and the masses: to strengthen microblogging talent pool, optimize personnel training; good use of microblogging, party members and cadres to enhance the use of microblogging literacy; improve microblogging management laws and regulations, in order to provide close legal protection for the relationship between the party and the microblogging .
