十八届三中全会决定指出,鼓励非公有制文化企业发展,降低社会资本进入门槛,允许参与对外出版、网络出版,此举必将提高出版的规模化、集约化、专业化水平。可以预见,他们将以不同的力度介入军事题材出版和发行领域。相比而言,军事出版业无论是产业规模化、集中度,都难以全面抗衡,发展空间必将进一步被压缩。因此,走专业化道路、打造军事品牌是军事出版在市场中赢得生存的必然选择。
The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee decided to encourage the development of non-public ownership cultural enterprises, lower the threshold for social capital entry, and allow participation in external publishing and online publishing. This will surely increase the scale, intensification and specialization of publishing. It is foreseeable that they will step into the field of military theme publishing and distribution with different efforts. In contrast, the military publishing industry, both large-scale and centralized industries, can hardly compete in all respects and its space for development will surely be further compressed. Therefore, taking the road of specialization and building the military brand are inevitable choices that military publishing can win in the market.
