介绍了掠入射高分辨平焦场ＨＩＲＥＦＳ（ＨｉｇｈＲｅｓｏｌｕｔｉｏｎＥｒｅｃｔＦｉｅｌｄＳｐｅｃｔｒｏｍｅｔｅｒ）谱仪的主要结构和性能。采用预脉冲实验技术，使用该谱仪对线聚焦条件下钛靶的轴向空间分辨谱进行了研究，得到了类氖钛３２．６ｎｍ软Ｘ射线激光强线的空间分布信息
The main structure and performance of HIREFS (HighResolutionErectFieldSpectrometer) spectrometer with grazing incidence are introduced. Using the pre-pulse experiment technique, the axial spatial resolution spectrum of titanium target under line-focused condition was studied by using this spectrometer. The spatial distribution information of Nd-based 32.6nm soft X-ray laser strong line was obtained
