日前,在河南省职业病防治院,连续收治5例磷化氢中毒病人,经调查,中毒病人均系粮库保管员。其中一起中毒发生情况是在薰仓后因为天气原因来进行充分的开仓放气,4天后为迎接上级大检查,在没有充分放气的情况下,3位女工未带防毒面具直接进仓整包。工作过程中出现头疼、头晕、恶心、呕吐、全身乏力、发冷等,并出现间断四肢麻木、咳嗽,胸闷、心慌、行走困难等。河南省职业病防
