本文总结近6年我院收治23例外伤性原发性脑室出血患者的临床经验，现报道如下。临床资料一、病例选择：患者系1988年1月至1994年3月住院病人。1、有明确颅脑损伤病史；2、伤前无脑血管病和高血压病史；3、全部病例均有颅脑CT扫描证实，并排除由邻近脑实质出血直接破人脑室所致
This article summarizes the past 6 years admitted to our hospital 23 cases of traumatic primary intraventricular hemorrhage in patients with clinical experience are reported below. Clinical data A case selection: patients from January 1988 to March 1994 hospitalized patients. 1, there is a clear history of brain injury; 2, pre-injury no history of cerebrovascular disease and hypertension; 3, all cases have brain CT confirmed, and ruled out by the adjacent brain parenchymal hemorrhage caused by direct rupture of the human brain
