对于虚拟财产的立法在我国还是空白,关于虚拟财产的是否应纳入法律意义上的财产进行保护也一直存有争议。随着互联网的飞速发展,公民将精力、智力和金钱投入到互联网,从而形成具有一定价值和使用价值的财产。从这个角度我个人是支持将虚拟财产作为法律意义上的财产进行保护的,并且公证介入淘宝等网店的过世继承是有一定的可行性的。办理此类公证,大体还是应遵循《继承法》、《公证法》及相关法律法规的规定,但鉴于虚拟财产的特殊
