宋元豐五年(1082)壬戌,蘇轍《次韻陳師仲主簿見寄》言:“朽株難刻畫,枯葉任凋零。舊友頻相問,村酤獨未醒。山牙收細茗,江實得流萍。頗似申屠子,都忘足被刑。”孔凡禮《蘇轍年譜》謂:“末云‘頗似申屠子,都忘足被刑。’《史記》與《漢書》之《儒林傳》有《申公傳》,言申公受‘胥靡’之刑(《史記集解》謂爲腐刑)。二書無申屠公受足刑之記載。轍或出誤記,或有意閃爍之,意爲已忘卻自己乃被謫至此者,而於被謫深至不滿。”按:蘇轍未誤記,也非有意閃爍其辭。申屠子,即申徒嘉,傳爲春秋時鄭
