随着我国深水油气勘探开发战略的逐步推进,深水井测试及生产过程中的一些安全问题引起了人们的高度关注。在深水或其它水下区域的完井作业中,部分隔离液或钻井液通常会被封闭在水泥返高线至井口之间的一段套管环空中。当这些流体通过油管的热油流或气流加热时,其产生的热力学膨胀会使封闭环空内产生非常高的压力,继而造成套管和油管柱的挤毁损坏。本文概述了这种高的环空圈闭压力形成的原因、研究历史及缓解方法。
With the gradual progress of China’s deepwater oil and gas exploration and development strategy, some safety problems in deep well testing and production have aroused people’s attention. During completion operations in deep water or other underwater areas, part of the barrier fluid or drilling fluid is typically enclosed in a casing annulus between the cement return line and the wellhead. When these fluids are heated by the hot oil flow or gas flow through the tubing, the resulting thermodynamic expansion creates very high pressures in the closed annulus, which in turn can cause collapsing damage to the tubing and tubing string. This paper summarizes the reasons for the formation of high annular trap pressure, and studies the history and mitigation methods.
