技能人才享受国务院特殊津贴的条件人社部能建司副司长张斌谈到“技能就业,技能成才”时指出,技能人才享受国务院特殊津贴应当具备两项基本条件:第一,热爱祖国、遵纪守法,有良好的职业道德和敬业精神,模范履行岗位职责。第二,具有国家一级职业资格(高级技师),或相应高级职业技能水平,长期工作在生产服务岗位一线。
