2010年1月1日新的《统计法》已经实施,这是我国统计法治建设进程中的又一重要里程碑,是全面推进依法统计的新起点。新《统计法》将统计调查管理、统计机构和人员、统计资料的管理和公布、监督检查、法律责任等以法律的形式予以规定,统计从此走上了规范化、制度化、法制化的轨道。新《统计法》
The new Statistical Law has been implemented on January 1, 2010, which is another important milestone in the process of building the statistical rule of law in our country. It is a new starting point for comprehensively promoting statistics according to law. The new Statistical Law stipulates the management of statistical surveys, statistical agencies and personnel, the management and publication of statistical data, supervision and inspection, and legal responsibilities in the form of laws. Statistics have thus been on the track of standardization, institutionalization and legalization. New “Statistics Act”
