目的 观察步长稳心颗粒(无糖)治疗心脏早搏患者的临床效果.方法 将心脏早搏患者100例随机分为2组各50例,常规治疗组给予常规治疗,步长稳心颗粒治疗组给予步长稳心颗粒(无糖)治疗,另选择健康志愿者10例作为对照组,采用彩色多普勒超声检测3组患者的心脏功能,包括左心室射血分数(LVEF)和左室短轴缩短率(FS).结果 心脏早搏患者组的LVEF和FS低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).步长稳心颗粒治疗组的LVEF和FS高于常规治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 步长稳心颗粒(无糖)治疗心脏早搏患者效果显著,临床应用价值较高,值得临床推广使用.“,”Objective To observe the clinical effects of Buchangwenxin granule(sugar free) in the treatment patients with premature beat.Methods 100 patients with premature beat were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 50 cases,routine treatment group were given conventional treatment,the patients in the treatment group were treated with step-size granules(sugar-free),and 10 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group,color Doppler ultrasonography was used to detect the cardiac function of the three groups of patients,including left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and left ventricular fractional shortening(FS).Results LVEF and FS in patients with heart premature beats were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The LVEF and FS in the Buchangwenxin granules treatment group were higher than those in the conventional treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe treatment of buchangwenxin granules in cardiac premature beats is significantly,clinical application value is higher,worthy of clinical use.
