面对日益严峻的就业形势,高等职业教育和就业脱节的现象日益暴露,学生因为缺乏实际动手能力,沟通能力不足,缺乏承受压力和挫折的心态等原因很难在新的工作岗位上立即上手,这对于学校教育和公司发展来说都是得不偿失的。把就业作为高等职业教育的目的和导向,把就业作为高等教育的目标和方向,是我国高等职业教育体系的出路,也是我国高等职业教育发展的必然选择。
Faced with the increasingly harsh employment situation, the phenomenon of graduation of higher vocational education and employment is increasingly exposed. Because of the lack of practical ability, lack of communication skills and lack of mentality of pressure and frustration, students find it hard to get started immediately in new jobs. This is more than good for school education and company development. Taking employment as the goal and direction of higher vocational education and taking employment as the goal and direction of higher education are the way out for our country’s higher vocational education system and the inevitable choice for the development of higher vocational education in our country.
