一、农业水利农业:涉及开荒的项目由省级政府核准。水库:在跨界河流、跨省(区、市)河流上建设的项目由国务院投资主管部门核准,其余项目由地方政府核准。其他水事工程:涉及跨界河流、跨省(区、市)水资源配置调整的项目由国务院投资主管部门核准,其余项目由地方政府核准。
First, agriculture and water conservancy agriculture: land reclamation projects approved by the provincial government. Reservoir: The projects under construction in transboundary rivers and inter-provincial (regional and municipal) rivers shall be approved by the investment department under the State Council and the remaining projects shall be approved by the local governments. Other Water Projects: Projects involving the adjustment of transboundary rivers and inter-provincial (regional and municipal) water resources allocation shall be approved by the investment department under the State Council and the rest shall be approved by the local governments.
