本文引用最新的统计数据,运用泡沫测度理论,对我国2000年以来房地产业运行中是否存在泡沫进行了实证分析,得出此期间我国房地产市场出现了一定程度的泡沫,且近年有加重趋势,在此基础上提出了应对我国房地产泡沫的对策建议。
This paper cites the latest statistical data and uses the bubble measure theory to analyze the existence of bubble in the real estate industry in our country since 2000.
