1缙云县三溪乡厚仁村,虽然地处偏僻却有着浓厚的书香氛围,从古至今出过不少人才,清康熙至光绪年间就有秀才、廪贡、贡元23人,民国期间又有中小学教师20多人,是被人们誉为“十八件蓝衫、十八担书箱”的文化村。1 924年,项铨就出生在这里。项铨的父亲是清光绪年间的秀才,也是村里的私塾教师。小时候的项铨,就在父亲的教导下读书识字。父亲对他的启蒙起点
