目的研究转IL┐2基因对S┐180细胞贴壁生长的影响。方法光镜及扫描电镜观察细胞生长的特征。结果转IL┐2基因的S180细胞为扁平状,并有伪足伸出,微绒毛丰富明显变细变长,并可稳定传代。其余株仍为悬浮生长,细胞呈椭圆球状。结论原为悬浮生长的S┐180细胞,经转入IL┐2基因后,部分细胞伸出伪足及发生微绒毛变化,是细胞贴壁生长的形态基础。
Objective To study the effect of IL-2 gene transfection on the adherent growth of S┐180 cells. Methods The characteristics of cell growth were observed under light microscope and scanning electron microscope. Results The S180 cells transfected with IL┐2 gene were flat and had pseudopods protruding. The microvilli were obviously thinner and longer, and could be stably passaged. The remaining strains are still suspended growth, the cells were oval-shaped. CONCLUSIONS: Suspension-grown S┐180 cells were transplanted into the IL┐2 gene. Some of them showed pseudopodia and microvilli changes, forming the morphological basis of adherent growth.
