档案工作通过有意识地积累、保存和开发利用档案文化资源,在为经济社会发展服务的同时,促进人类文化与文明的发展与进步。文章从档案文化的内涵、档案与文化的关系、档案部门在建设社会主义文化强国的作为三个方面,就档案文化建设问题加以阐述。
Archives work through the conscious accumulation, preservation and development and utilization of archival cultural resources, while serving the economic and social development, while promoting the development and progress of human culture and civilization. This article elaborates the construction of archives culture from three aspects: the connotation of archival culture, the relationship between archives and culture, and the building of a socialist country with a strong cultural power.
