对冰片促进口服药物吸收的实验研究进行文献整理和分析。生物利用度低是口服药物制剂经常出现的情况,选用安全有效的吸收促进剂来增加口服药物的生物利用度的研究方兴未艾。对冰片促进口服药物吸收作用的3种研究方法(在体法、体外法和体内法)的文献报道进行综述并加以探讨,分析认为,冰片对口服药物吸收的调节作用与药物分子结构和给药浓度,冰片的种类、浓度和用法等存在一定的关系,但吸收机制尚未明确。故针对水溶性差和代谢迅速的药物生物利用度低的问题,冰片促进口服药物吸收的研究将为冰片促吸收的深入研究提供一定的参考。
