不等距螺旋输送辊的测绘、分析和加工

用测量数据求出了一条符合要求的不等距螺旋线方程，并给出其ＢＡＳＩＣ程序。采用划线、手动看线走刀配合机床进给的铣削加工工艺方法加工不等距螺旋输送辊。

Using the measured data, a non-equidistant spiral equation is obtained and its BASIC program is given. Adopting scribing, manual line scanning with the machine tool feed milling process isometric screw conveyor roller.
