上海:富康一辆也卖不出去1999年11月29日《法制日报》上海市自1998年6月8日起出台了一项新的牌照费规定,社会用车有一个额度,每年给桑塔纳轿车1万辆的额度,在额度内的桑塔纳轿车,每辆只收2万元的汽车牌照费。超出这个额度的桑塔纳轿车征收8万元的汽车牌照费。其它类型的车辆仍照过去的老办法,即每辆车收8万元的汽车牌照费,没有额度。湖北省神龙富康汽车公司负责销售的有关人员表示,1998年富康车在上海一辆也没销出去就不足为奇了。湖北不得已封杀桑塔纳
