钢基同步器齿环是今后一段时间内汽车用同步器齿环的发展方向。我公司于二00二年八月跟踪此项目技术,在结合我公司的现有技术能力的情况下,与国内多家汽车厂家、高等院校和科研单位合作,于二00三年四月试制成功以钢基为母体,以树脂材料为磨擦结合面的钢基树脂同步器齿环。经过本公司同仁不断努力,目前已经与主机厂形成一定的配套能力,市场反应良好。
