从能源史看,石油替代煤炭是产油国被迫为工业化国家提供的补贴。但当下,中国的煤炭替代石油(包括直接或间接替代)是中国全体纳税人在提供补贴。笔者与朋友闲聊有感而成的——《替代燃油汽车又一个世纪骗局?》一文刊登在本刊9月刊。因读者的激烈争论,笔者在10月刊再发表了《再议替代燃油汽车之惑》一文,希望能从更高的层面去认识油气成因理论之争背后的真正战略意义,及其背后对产业政策的影响。
